CCP Composites, a chemical unit of Total have sold it’s 51% stake in US composites distributor Composites One to joint venture partners GLS Composites Distribution Corp.
The company didn’t give any financial detail on the transaction however they did confirm that the sale is aligned with Totals management of it’s assets in the chemical sector. The sale by CCP Composites will allow the company to refocus on the composites resins and gelcoats that they manufacture.
