Toronto based industrial designer Andrew Leinonen had the idea to make his own bike frame that allowed an enthusiast to spend less money, less time on finicky details, and put the emphasis on actually designing and making a bike that you want to ride.

To start making the frame Andrew designs custom lug sockets, these are then 3D printed and are then bonded to the frame tubes which can be made using all kinds of materials such as aluminium, steel, titanium or even bamboo, this frame is then reinforced using epoxy and carbon fibre.
