Interplastic have announced the acquisition of product technologies from The Valspar Corporation a coatings manufacturer based in Minnesota.
Under the terms of the agreement, interplastics have acquired Blush Guard, a high performance gelcoat for the marine industry. Conductive Primer Gelcoat designed to improve transfer efficiencies of electrostatically applied coatings and Quick Tint a rapid response, locally dispensed, general purpose MACT compliant custom coloured gel coat.
Interplastic’s acquisition is limited to the technologies, formulations and processing information and does not include any of Valspar’s manufacturing facilities.
