Kacper Hamilton is the designer of this wonderfully crafted carbon fibre axe which he made for Swiss ski makers Zai whilst studying at the Ecole Cantonale d’art de Lausanne (ECAL).
The Zai Core axe handle comprises carbon fibre sandwiched between ash wood for lightness and strength, the blades are made from carbon steel and can be interchangeable.
