The resin fossil table is the first piece in Nucleo’s Resinite collection, Resinite plays on the presumption to design the future of its objects making them fossils of themselves.
As with the trace fossils where we find the imprint of the original item, in the same way the implementation process that creates the object leads to the destruction of its original.

The first object of the RESINITE collection is “Resin Fossil Table”, handmade using fibreglass, resin and pigment, the table consists of a single empty block that accurately traces the object from which it takes shape.
Nucleo is showcasing the table at Design Miami 2012 from the 5th to the 9th December, 2012 with the Gabrielle Ammann Gallery.
