Hot on the heals of the Mexico price increase AOC has announced a European price increase.
Customers in Europe will face a €100/metric ton for all products and the increase takes effect immediately.
Again Higher demand, increased feedstock costs and higher capacity utilisation are driving up the costs for resin manufacturing raw materials, especially maleic anhydride, which has recently increased by as much as 44%. Ongoing price pressures on raw materials are projected to continue.
