The new Centre will attract new staff and provide state-of-the-art facilities for current staff to maximise their potential. The Centre has a café, gymnasium, flexible meeting rooms, a dedicated training room, a technical library.

Dominic Cartwright, General Manager, said the development is important for the future growth of CTG:

The new facility not only makes our operations more streamlined and effective, it also helps us build for the future. We have exciting growth in all market sectors that we support. This investment will enable us to position the business for long-term growth. Innovation is at the heart of the business and being one step ahead of the competition is critical. Creating the Composite Centre of Excellence means we will be bringing together teams that have previously worked on different sites; improving the teamwork and synergy between departments.

The interior fit out will be completed on 17th December, when CTG will get the keys. Staff will begin moving in early January and the facility will be fully operational by June 2013
