Established in 1991 Ellsworth have been making bikes in America for nearly 25 years, the company is known for its authentic craftsman-style approach to bike design and is the holder of multiple design and utility patents worldwide, including the award-winning “Instant Center Tracking” (ICT) suspension design featuring on all Ellsworth bicycles.
As part of the agreement, Ellsworth Bikes’ Founder and CEO Tony Ellsworth will oversee the brand’s product design and work closely with BST Nano Carbon’s engineering and advanced materials team to create the next generation of Ellsworth bicycles. The Ellsworth offices and manufacturing operations have been moved to BST Nano Carbon’s 65,000 sq foot facility in San Diego
