The Aston Martin One-77 Cycle

Ok so you might not be able to afford the Aston Martin Vanquish announced yesterday, but here’s something with an Aston badge that you might be able to acquire.

Factor bikes and Aston Martin have partnered to offer the One-77 Cycle, dubbed as the worlds most technologically advanced road bike it has been developed alongside parts for F1, Le Mans and MOTO GP.

The frame, seat tube, forks, brake callipers, handlebar, crankset and event the rims are made from high strength, high modulus carbon fibre.

From the outset, the One-77 Cycle was conceived as a training aid for the serious athlete, with a fully integrated, multi-channel ergonometric data recording computer that provides an in-depth record of athletic performance.

The bikes computer has a backlit high contract touch screen display and is embedded into the handlebars which you can control via the integrated control lever, the computer can measure nearly everything about your riding experience, it can measure individual left and right crank torque and has an integrated crank position sensor with an accuracy of one degree as well as gps speed, altitude, heading, altitude, temperature, humidity, rear wheel speed, how much power you are using in both legs it even supports an optional medical grade ECG system that works via bluetooth.

Limited to just 77 pieces, like the car itself, the One-77 Cycle is available in seven exclusive Aston Martin colours, with hand-stitched trimming of both the saddle and handlebars. The bike will set you back around £25,000, which is still a bargain for an Aston Martin.
