Mansory’s New Lamborghini Is a Carbon Fibre Hurricane

You wouldn’t look at the Lamborghini Huracan and think what that car needs is a bit more speed, well the tuning specialists at Mansory didn’t think so.

The factory version of the Huracan leaves the production line with 610bhp from its 5.2 litre V10 engine, Mansory decided it needed to go faster and have strapped on a turbocharger, new exhaust and intake system. The end result is a supercar that now has 850bhp and 575 lb-ft of torque and will go from 0–60 in 2.9 seconds with top speed increasing to 205mph.

Along with the engineering side Mansory are a bit of a dab hand with the old carbon fibre and have given the Huracan even more carbon fibre upgrades. Aside from the new black paint job the car features a full carbon fibre kit to increase aerodynamics. From the all new carbon fibre wing mirrors to the front and rear bumpers and side skirts, all the body components are shaped and cured under high pressure and temperatures in an autoclave using the finest of carbon composite materials.

Mansory has equipped the two-seater with new distinctive alloy wheels, made using the latest forging technology, these wheels are super-lightweight and strong. The front wheel-tire size combination used is 9,0Jx20 inches with the tires measuring 245/30ZR20. At the back, large 12,5Jx21 inch wheels with a tyre size of 325/25ZR21 are used. It’s hoped that this car will make an appearance in Geneva at the upcoming motor show, for now though you will just have to drool over these awesome pictures.
