The one-off McLaren X-1 concept car made it’s debut at the 2012 Concours d’Elegance in Pebble Beach, California.

Every aspect of the X-1′s body has been personalised to the buyers specification including the lights and wheels, only the windows and windscreen have been ported over from the production car. The cars panels are formed from carbon fibre and finished in piano black with the sides made from lacquered carbon fibre, the car also uses McLaren’s carbon fibre monocell tub which is found in the MP4-12C supercar.

The mechanical package has been taken straight from the MP4-12C production car, with its twin-turbocharged 3.8-litre V8 continuing to produce 460kW of power and 601Nm of torque.
