    That’s gonna be tough to reach 450 kph. Theoretically, assuming resistive forces on the tires are negligible compared to aerodynamic drag, the car can achieve 451 kph. Take wheel resistance and you’re down of at least 5 kph. And that theoretical high speed is assuming you reach peak power output at 450kph.It will not reach 450kph, I guarantee it. 440kph is more plausible.
